General Terms & conditions for the accommodation services
No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. NYC-STR will not be responsible for any guest's lost or stolen items from the apartment. Full Pre-Paid payment is required in order to guarantee the reservation. Guest is responsible for any damages in the apartment or for stolen equipment from the apartment. It is strictly forbidden to allow usage of the apartment to any third party. NYC-STR is not responsible for any direct and / or indirect damages or losses, caused to guests as a result of supplying and / or not supplying the accommodation services, and / or from using or not using the accommodation services, except for the accommodation charge.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Over 30 days prior to check-in date : 90% of the total amount refund. 15-30 days prior to check-in date : 75% of the total amount refund. 15-7 days prior to check-in date : 50% of the total amount refund. Less than 7 days prior to check-in date : no refund will be made. Refund will be done within 15 to 30 days, according to Credit Card Companies Policy.
Customer Agreement and Confirmation
By signing this Agreement, the guest agrees to and accepts all terms of this Agreement, and allows NYC-STR to collect in-advance the full accommodation charge , and any extra charges for additional services , purchased by the guest (transportation, phone calls, communication services, touristic services, etc.). Guest authorizes NYC-STR to complete any charges and / or collection, in accordance with this Agreement, including any debt, differentials, exchange differentials, interest, bank charges, collection expense and any similarly charges, including NYC-STR damages or losses. NYC-STR is intitled to collect those amounts without guest’s opposition. The guest, confirms his personal guarantee to all the guest’s charges and commitements, in accordance with this Agreement, including the conditions of the cancellation charges. |
